My Cascade rep Clif comes to visit me several times each year to introduce me to the new yarns that they have coming out each season. They always have some fantastic basic yarns that we all love to use in a variety of projects. My love of Cascade 220 is legendary among my knitting friends and I have used it for so many projects I’ve lost count But this time, he brought something totally different. The minute he pulled out the skein and placed it in my hand, I knew I was a goner and had to carry this yarn,

Cascade Epiphany is a luxurious blend of Royal Alpaca, Cashmere and Silk. Royal Alpaca is the finest on the market and only 1% of alpaca yarn can be classified as royal. It is wonderfully warm and soft. This yarn is one of the softest I’ve ever felt and the Silk adds a wonderful sheen and drape. The colors really seem to glow.
Each skein is a generous 273 yards, perfect for a one skein project. Cascade has this pretty lacy scarf for free on their website:
I also think this would be very pretty in a simple stockinette pattern, maybe a slouchy hat?
If you’d like to win a skein of this yarn, just leave a comment below by 12 PM MT, Monday, February 28. We’ll pick a winner with a random number generator. You can pick from any color currently in stock.
Monday is also the last day for the specials on fancy fibers. In March, we’ll be having some fun with March Madness with new specials and contests all month long.

Sounds wonderful!
I've felt this in person and have had it in my cart a couple times already… so tempting… trying to hold off until I knit something else before I indulge. Not sure I can hold off
Oooh, epiphany looks/sounds so yummy!
Royal alpaca and cashmere AND silk?!! mmmm…..
Oh that sounds like it would make yummy scarf!
I keep putting this one in my cart, but then the guilt settles in from all the yarn I bought in the last few sales… I would use it to finally make the scarf I promised my sister in law months ago. Always wanted to try this one.
Sounds like great yarn, and those colors are beautiful!
EEEE… Con-Test!

Oh I'd love to try Epiphany! Sounds like it'd be a joy to knit with.
Looks so soft!
It looks gorgeous!
This could be another dangerously addicting yarn…
I have a skein of this. It is delicious!
