These little bars may look like soap but they are really lotion in a neat little package. When you rub the bar on your skin, your body heat melts the lotion. My favorite part is that it’s fast absorbing and I can go right back to knitting immediately after applying it.
Lavishea Lotion Bars are made with all natural ingredients like fair trade shea butter, natural soy, botanical oils and essential oils. They are also gluten free for those of you with gluten intolerance. They come in yummy scents like calming lavender or fruity pear. My favorite is the Yarn Bar. It’s scented with a light almond fragrance that I just can’t get enough of. But if you are sensitive to scents or just prefer not to have another scent conflicting with something you’re already wearing, there is also a non scented version.
The packaging is perfect for knitters on the go. The tin tucks neatly away in a knitting bag or purse and keeps the bar nice and tidy. And, there’s nothing to accidently spill all over that special project. Plus, if your travels take you through airport security, no problem – these bars are TSA compliant. The bars are also long lasting. I’ve been using one consistently since the middle of June and it’s still going strong. I have to say that my hands have never looked better! No more dry and ragged cuticles and I swear that my nails are even stronger.
Priced at only $8 per bar, these are a lovely affordable luxury. I know that once you give them a try, you’ll be as hooked on them as I am.
